When you place an order with MIRCLWORKS™, you are extending an offer to purchase. MIRCLWORKS™ reserves the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion. You represent and warrant that (i) all payment card information provided is accurate, correct, and complete; (ii) you are duly authorized to use such payment method for purchases; (iii) all charges incurred will be honored by your financial institution; and (iv) you will remit payment for all charges at the posted prices, including shipping, handling, and all applicable taxes.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

MIRCLWORKS™ is not liable for shipping and delivery delays beyond our control. All delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. We assume no responsibility for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, inclement weather, or other events outside our reasonable control. Once products are transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

MIRCLWORKS™ is powered by Shopify, which enables us to deliver the Services to you. However, all sales and purchases you make through our online store are transacted directly with MIRCLWORKS™. The following sections will continue to apply following any termination: Intellectual Property, Feedback, Termination, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Severability, Waiver; Entire Agreement, Assignment, Governing Law, Privacy Policy, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive termination.

We will notify you of any indemnifiable claim, provided that a failure to promptly notify will not relieve you of your obligations unless you are materially prejudiced.
